Draft — not legal advice, pending review. This is a plain-language starting point. It will change before Chattish takes paying customers.

Terms of service

Last updated 6 November 2026

These terms cover your use of Chattish (chatti.sh). You accept them, on behalf of the business you use Chattish for, when you sign in or create an account.

For businesses only

Chattish is offered only to businesses and professionals, not to consumers. By signing up you confirm that you are using Chattish for your trade, business or profession (for example for your company's or your clients' websites) and that you are allowed to accept these terms for that business. Don't use Chattish for personal, household or other non-business purposes.

Accepting these terms

To sign in or create an account you tick the box "I agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy and I'm using Chattish for my business". We keep a record of the version of these terms you accepted and when. If we change these terms in a material way, we'll ask you to accept the new version the next time you sign in.

The service

Chattish crawls the public pages of websites you add, builds a site map and runs a chat guide on your site that answers visitors' questions with links to your pages. It also shows you conversations, questions your site doesn't answer yet, and suggested page drafts.

Your sites and content

  • Only add websites you own or are allowed to manage. We may ask you to verify the domain.
  • You keep all rights to your content. You give us permission to copy, process and display it only to provide Chattish to you.
  • AI answers and drafts can be wrong. Check drafts before you publish them, and don't rely on the guide for medical, legal or financial advice.

Acceptable use

Don't use Chattish to:

  • crawl sites you don't control or get around their access rules;
  • abuse, overload or try to break the service or other customers' guides;
  • break the law or anyone else's rights.

We may suspend accounts that do.

Plans and billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Billing; the plan stays active until the end of the period.
  • Each plan has limits (sites, pages, conversations). When a site reaches its monthly limit the guide keeps answering with links only until the next period or an upgrade.
  • We'll tell you at least 30 days before a price change for your plan.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what data we handle. You are responsible for telling your visitors that your site uses Chattish, for example in your own privacy policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Chattish running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change features; we'll give notice of changes that take something away from a paid plan.

Liability

Chattish is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Ending your account

You can delete a site, your whole organization or your own account at any time in the dashboard; deleting removes the data right away, as described in the privacy policy. We may close accounts that break these terms.
