What it does differently
- Every link goes to a page that exists
- Answers can only link to pages we found on your site. The guide never makes up a URL, and if a page goes away, its link goes too.
- It opens the page and points at the line
- A link chip opens the page and highlights the sentence that answers the question, so visitors don't have to hunt for it.
- Works when your host blocks bots
- Some hosts turn crawlers away. Click “Map from my browser” and your own browser reads the site and sends us the pages.

Questions
What do you do with my site's content and my visitors' chats?
We read only public pages, the same ones anyone can open. Chats are stored so you can read them in your dashboard, and you can delete a site and its data at any time. We don't sell either.
Which website platforms does it work on?
Anything that lets you add a script tag: plain HTML, WordPress, Wix, Shopify, Webflow and Squarespace all have step-by-step install guides in the dashboard.
What if my site blocks bots?
We crawl politely as ChattishBot and tell you when a firewall or challenge page stops us. You can then allow the bot, or install the widget and use “Map from my browser”, which reads your site from your own signed-in browser.
Will it make things up?
Answers are written only from your crawled pages, and links are checked against your site map before they're shown. When the site doesn't cover a question, the guide says so, points to the closest page, and logs the question for you.
What languages does it speak?
English, for now. Visitors can ask in other languages and their questions are matched against your pages, but the guide replies in English while we check answer quality in other languages.
What happens when I run out of conversations?
The guide keeps working. It switches to link-only answers taken straight from your site map until the next month starts or you upgrade.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month to month with no contract. Cancel from the billing page in your dashboard, or in your Shopify admin if you pay through the Chattish app for Shopify; the Free plan stays free.
How do I keep the map up to date?
We re-check your site every night and pick up new, changed and removed pages on our own. You can also start a fresh crawl whenever you like.
