Preset guides
Each guide has its own tone and greeting. You pick one after your first map, and can change it any time.

| Milo | Upbeat and casual, a helpful neighbour. |
| Nova | Crisp and modern, product-savvy. |
| Sage | Calm, patient and reassuring. |
| Juniper | Cheerful and encouraging, great for education and community sites. |
| Atlas | Professional and precise, suited to B2B, legal and finance sites. |
The greeting uses your site's name (in English for now, see Languages). Each guide has its own colour and a letter avatar.
Your own name
On Starter and above you can give the guide a custom name of up to 40 characters. It keeps the tone of the preset you picked.
The "Powered by Chattish" badge
A small "Powered by Chattish" link appears in the chat panel. On Growth and Agency you can hide it in your site's Settings → Branding.
Launcher position
The launcher sits in the bottom right corner. To move it, add data-position="left" or data-position="right" to your snippet.
