English for now
While we check how well answers hold up in other languages, the guide answers in English and the chat interface (buttons, greeting, contact form) is in English on every site.
Visitors can still write in another language. We translate their question into your site's language to search your pages, so they get the right page and an answer in English.
Your site's language
Your site's language is detected from your pages when we map them, and is shown in your site's Settings → Languages. Search works on your pages' own words, so it is best when your site has the content people ask about.
More languages will come back once we're confident in the answers. Nothing on your side needs to change when they do.
